Dr. Shyamolie is absolutely amazing! She’s a great listener, super understanding, and her CBT sessions have helped me so much like I’ve actually started understanding my own brain (which is a miracle in itself 😅). She gently guided me through every step, and I always leave her sessions feeling lighter and more in control.
The only downside? Getting an appointment with her feels like trying to book Taylor Swift concert tickets.😮‍💨 she’s that good and that in demand! 😂 Totally worth the wait though. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for genuine, thoughtful mental health support. 💙

Shyamolie Desai is one of the best child psychologists in Mumbai. I reached out to her for support with my 6-year-old, and it has been such a positive experience for our family. On some days therapy is creating a safe space for the client to simply express their pain, acknowledge the injustice, support them through processing their trauma. On most days it is tactfully making the client realise that they are the cause of their own problems.

Shyamolie balances between the two with a precision of a chemist. She'll patiently hear you out, politely point out the gaps and proudly acknowledge your insights and cheer for your growth.

She's not a therapist who mollycoddles you. But the one who knows you have the power to face anything that life throws at you. Even Bullshit. She has a nose for bullshit and smell it a mile away even in virtual meetings. She'll help you, counsel you and make you realise that the power to clean, contain and capitalise the bullshit lies in your hands, dirty or not.

If you're looking for a therapist to counsel you through problems and coach you through life, Shyamolie is the one.

She's gem of a person . Lets you talk freely before bombarding you with her own solutions. I'm in therapy from her for anxiety disorders due to my professional and personal problems .
